When we strip a flat roof that has leaked, we normally find that damage has been caused by the roof failing. This soon turns to rot where a wooden structure is involved. in this case there is only one solution, a full strip down, rebuild of the flat roof under structure and then replace the soffits and fascias with a UPvc replacement.
